NEW DELHI: India batting sensation Yashasvi Jaiswal was at his majestic best during the fourth T20I against the West Indies on Saturday. Following West Indies’ formidable total of 178/8 in 20 overs, openers Yashasvi and Shubman Gill immediately shifted into top gear, pummeling the Windies bowlers.

The dynamic duo orchestrated a remarkable partnership, amassing a solid 165 runs for the opening wicket.

The commanding performance put India in a dominant position during their must-win contest at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, Florida.
Yashasvi’s brilliant innings earned him the Man of the Match award, as he cracked an explosive 84 not out off 51 balls. He hit 11 boundaries and 3 sixes in his solid innings.

And during his knock, one of his most remarkable shots was an audacious reverse-sweep off Akeal Hosein, a move that captured everyone’s attention.
In the 12th over, Yashasvi executed a sensational shot over sweeper cover, sending the ball soaring for a 69-meter maximum.

This stunning display of skill and innovation reminded everyone of England’s batting icon Jos Buttler.
Interestingly, Yashasvi plays alongside Buttler at Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
India eventually went on to hammer West Indies by 9 wickets to take series into decider.
