NEW DELHI: During the 2024 Holi celebrations, an incident underscored the risks associated with performing dangerous stunts for online attention. A woman attempted a daring stunt on a moving scooty, mimicking the iconic ‘Titanic’ pose, which ended in her tumbling onto the road when the driver suddenly applied the brakes. Despite the mishap, she appeared unfazed.
The video of this stunt went viral on social media platforms, drawing attention to the reckless behavior.In response, the Noida Police took action, issuing a fine of Rs. 33,000 for multiple traffic violations captured in the video.
The incident sparked discussions online, with some condemning the dangerous stunt as a bid for social media views, while others defended the individuals’ right to enjoy themselves without causing harm to others.
Amidst these reactions, the Noida Police shared the image of the challan, emphasising their commitment to enforcing traffic rules and ensuring public safety. They urged citizens to report such violations through the designated helpline number.
Despite differing opinions, many echoed the sentiment that such risky behavior should be discouraged, and individuals should prioritize safety over seeking viral fame. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to traffic regulations and exercising caution, especially during festive occasions.
The video has been shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). In the video, the woman is seen doing Titanic pose on moving scooty. The video has been accompanied with a caption that read, “Satisfying results. Now @noidatraffic should seize the vehicle.” The video has garnered over 1.2 million views, while nearly eight thousand users have liked the clip.
After the Noida police came to know about the incident, the security personnel immediately issued a fine of Rs. 33,000 after taking note of the matter. The public challan, dated March 25, 2024, detailed as many as six violations on the registered vehicle.

The Noida police shared the image of the challan and said, “Taking cognizance of the above complaint, action has been taken against the concerned vehicle for violation of traffic rules by issuing e-challan (fine Rs 33000/-) as per rules. Traffic Helpline No.- 9971009001.”
Reacting to the viral video, one user said, “Looks like he dropped her by intent. Another stunt to get views on social media!!” Another person wrote, “They are enjoying alone not distrubing anyone or blocking.”
Meanwhile, a third person said, “Thanks to natural laws, which always applied.” Adding to this, another user wrote, “I generally wish such kids spent a little more time in their Physics classes.” An other user wrote, “Challan ke baad agar sell ho rahi ho ye scooty to sampark kare Rs 5000.” Another X user said, “Looks like someone’s having a bad day! Hopefully they learn their lesson.”
But the woman didn’t stop there. In another video, she and another woman, were seen sitting facing each other on a scooter, with a man driving.
They were applying Holi colors and sharing intimate moments while the song ‘Ang Laga De’ from the movie ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela’ played in the background.

A similar incident took place in Delhi, where two women were filmed in a similar display, also to the same song. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said they would review the footage due to concerns about policy violations.
