As ‘Dunki’ entered its fourth weekend at the box office, it saw a slight growth in numbers. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer clocked 24 days of its release on Saturday, and it struggled to cross the Rs 1 crore mark at the ticket windows.
The Shah Rukh Khan starrer continued its consistent performance, albeit with minimal growth from Friday’s collection of an estimated Rs 0.55 crore.’Dunki’ had an impressive run during its first three weeks at the box office, accumulating an estimated net collection of Rs 222.42 crore. However, on its 24th day, the Rajkumar Hirani directorial saw a marginal increase, earning approximately Rs 0.85 crore net for all languages, as per early estimates.
The film’s cumulative box office collections now stand at an estimated Rs 223.27 crore.While the growth on the 24th day might be modest, the film managed to rake in the collections despite facing competition and being in the latter part of its theatrical run.
Currently, ‘Dunki’ is also facing competition from the new release ‘Merry Christmas’. The thriller, which opened to rave reviews, brings together Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi.
